1. The service

CosmeticPreview is a software-as-a-service tool that generates informational visualizations of cosmetic procedure outcomes on user-uploaded photos. It is not a medical device, not a medical service, and not a substitute for clinical care.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to upload only photos of yourself, to be over 18, and not to upload imagery of minors, of any non-consenting third party, or any explicit / illegal content. Violation results in immediate account termination and deletion of all artefacts.

3. Surgeon accounts

Surgeon accounts require a valid medical license number which we verify manually before activating. We may suspend or terminate an account for misuse, complaints, or loss of license at any time. Surgeons agree to handle patient leads in accordance with applicable medical-privacy law in their jurisdiction.

4. No warranty

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, CosmeticPreview disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. Liability cap

Aggregate liability is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you paid the service in the prior 12 months or (b) $100 USD. We are not liable for medical decisions, surgical outcomes, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
